the small village of Sains, nine kilometres from the famous medieval site of
Mont Saint Michel. Renovated and furnished to a very high standard in 2002, this
small traditional Breton cottage has a lovely view over the Couesnon Valley to
the south.

Our cottage is located in the countryside in central Brittany,
far from the madding crowd. An essential grocery welcoming pack, including a
bottle of wine welcomes you. Sainte Brigitte is ideal for activity seekers and
peace lovers alike. Walking, cycling, sailing, canoeing, swimming at the nearby
lake steeped in history. A short distance from the historic town of Pontivy and
a short stroll to the local inn (with English speaking owners).We
are situated in the Morbihan region of Brittany, but not the tourist part, so
you will feel very French and very accepted by the locals. You can always make
yourself known to our neighbours, who speak rather good English.
