This pretty cottage is located in the heart of the Swiss Normandy countryside in the valley of the Orne. Part of the cottage dates back to 1701, it has been sympathetically renovated and maintains its rustic charm. The cottage is perfectly situated as a base from which to explore the delights that Normandy has to offer, from the surrounding rich countryside with its apple trees and brown and white normand cows to the landing beaches and museums. The city of Caen is approximately 30 minutes drive from the cottage, and the local town is Thury Harcourt which is about 5 minutes drive.
