La Binellerie is an 18th century gentilhommiere,set in 1.6 hectares, near Miniac Morvan,a short drive from the port and old walled town of St Malo,the seaside resort of Dinard, and numerous beautiful beaches along the magnificent Breton coastline.We are within easy reach of the medieval town of Dinan with it's ancient ramparts and pretty cobbled streets, and also it's river frontage with many delightful restaurants, and day boats for a relaxing trip up the river Rance.
One of the most visited places in France, Le Mont St Michel, is just 30 mins drive away, and Cancale, famous for it's oysters and seafood is about 15mins away.There you can sit on the sea wall and eat a plate of fresh oysters washed down with a cold glass of Muscadet.
After a busy day sightseeing you can relax on your terrace, before venturing out again, or maybe have a BBQ in the garden?

The "Garden gite " is all on the ground-floor and has a spacious, comfortable sitting room with sofas,English satellite TV,French TV and DVD player, and a wood-burning stove for cooler days.
There is a bar-dining area leading into a very well-equipped, hand-made kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, combi oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and use of a washing machine & tumble dryer, in fact everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
A separate double bedroom leads to a an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and wide door, so suitable for those with limited mobility.
Wooden table and chairs are provided on the terrace, for sunny breakfasts or evening BBQs, and another seating area with sun-loungers is in the gravel garden, with wonderful views across the gardens and countryside beyond.
We have a wide variety of fruit and vegetables growing in the garden, and guests are welcome to use whatever is in season.

Local area

La Binellerie is a short distance from numerous beaches, offering water sports such as wind-surfing, kite-surfing,and sand yachting,as well as boat hire and, of course swimming.There are also some very pretty villages with beaches on the river Rance, where you can hire a kayak or canoe, or simply bike or walk along the river enjoying the views.
A few minutes walk from La Binellerie there is a riding centre, and not far away many golf courses, the nearest being at Le Tronchet, just 15 mins away, and the famous Links course at St Lunaire near Dinard.
