with double bed and with a single bed available, sleeps up to three.
The apartment has large sea facing windows, making the rooms
exceptionally light, and a roof terrace with views to the sea,
perfect for eating outside. Located just next to a selection of
sandy beaches in the popular family seaside village of St Jacut,
close to village amenities (shop / bakers / bistros).

2007, the apartment is available to let all year. The standard of
the decor and fittings is high with a new kitchen, bathroom and new
appliances. Central heating and modern insulation make the apartment
a comfortable base at any time of the year. Situated on the second
floor, the apartment has a large living area with two sofas, with
views out to sea and a door on to a roof terrace with table and
benches, again with sea views. Separate fitted kitchen with views
out to sea. Bedroom with double and single bed. Bathroom with bath,
sink unit and washing machine. Separate WC.
General Facilities: Central heating, TV with French channels, DVD
player, washing machine Kitchen Facilities: Oven, hob, microwave,
fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee maker
Bed Linen and Towels: Available upon request, £15 per person.

Local area
Outside, there is a shared lawned back
garden with direct access to the coastal footpath and access to
sandy beaches. St Jacut is situated on the beautiful North Brittany
coast, and is set on a peninsula with 11 safe sandy beaches to
explore. As well as swimming in the clean waters, rockpooling and
fishing, a sailing school is close by where boats can be hired.
There is also a diving school, and Kayak hire is available.
Other details
The area is ideal for cycling, or walking
along the coastal footpath which runs directly outside the front of
the house. Close by is the ruined Chateau Guildo and the peaceful
Arguenon river valley. The popular resorts of Dinard, St Briac and
St Lunaire are very close. A little further is the walled seaport of
St Malo, the medieval town of Dinan and the world heritage site of
Mont St. Michel.
Rental prices/Changeover day
The rental price is from £240 in the low
season to £520 in the high season per week. Bed linen/towels are
available upon request, £15 per person. Electricity and Other
Charges are Included in the rental price.Please contact us using the

£30.00. Changeover day/ Availability is from 4pm Saturday to 10 am

Travel times & Directions
Directions to the apartment de la baie will
be provided upon booking. We are located 30 minutes from the ferry
port of Saint Malo (served by Brittany Ferries) and 30 minutes from
the airport at Dinard (served by Ryanair from Stansted)..
