at the rear of our domaine with an independent access of eleven steps at the
outside of the building, the apartment was entirely re-decorated in 2005
Accommodation details
It consists of a large space with
built-in kitchen, dining area and living area. There are two bedrooms, one with
a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and
houses a washing machine. The WC is separate. Surface area: 60 square metres. No
animals allowed
Local area
The terrace is perfect for eating outside and enjoying the superb view of vines and hills. The wine cellars are next door, on request you can benefit from a guided visit of our domaine and a wine tasting..
Other details
Rental prices/Changeover day
Prices per week from €200 – €270. Week-ends:
€120. Heating and electricity charges are included in the price from
June to September and week-ends. Cleaning and sheet rental service
is available.
Changeover is usually on a Saturday check in time 16.00 check out
10.00. Depending on prior bookings we can be flexible about arrival
and departure days, if you would like another check in day please
contact me.
Travel times & Directions
We are located 400kms southeast of
Paris. Approximately 4-5 hours from the ferry ports of Calais and Bolougne.
Go through Villié-Morgon and take the
direction to Avenas.
Go past Bellevue, continue on the main
road for 3kms, at ‘Col de Truges’ turn left to Saint-Joseph
(1km).
As you come into the hamlet, take the
first on your left.
At the sign indicated ‘Cedez le passage,
turn right, the domaine is the first house on your left.
