Property Description
Laquairie is stylish, spotlessly clean, has a garden table and chairs, a sunshade and
barbecue. There’s lots of information in English so you get the most from your
holiday. You’ll find comfy beds made up ready for you when you arrive (bed linen
& towels are all provided) and those little things - soap, loo roll, a hair
dryer, iron, ironing board, and in the kitchen, washing-up liquid, kitchen roll,
a kettle, teapot, oven gloves, herbs, salt, pepper, enough glasses, in other
words all you need for a relaxing holiday.
Accommodation details
It has a large
living room with dining table, huge fireplace, easy chairs and fitted kitchen
(dishwasher, microwave, etc.), plus a cellar, main bedroom with en suite
bathroom (shower & washing machine), and a pretty little second bedroom.
The bathroom can only be reached via the main bedroom. The cottage has full
oil-fired central heating and is equipped to a very high standard throughout.
Local area
At Laquairie, sit in the shade of the
old lime tree and enjoy the view. There is ample parking for cars and plenty of
space for barbecuing and sitting out.

Prices include: bed linen,
towels, electricity, gas, heating and logs for the fire. Changeover day is Saturday - check in
time is no earlier than 16.00, please phone to let us know if you
will be arriving later than 19.00.

Travel times & Directions
Condat (-en-Feniers) is about 7½ hours
driving time from Calais, 6½ from Le Havre or Caen, 4½ hours from Paris and 1
hour fm Clermont Ferrand.
By train Clermont Ferrand is 3½ hours from Paris Gare de Lyon. You’ll then need
to hire a car as there is little or no public transport in Cantal.
Ryanair flies cheaply to St. Etienne in the afternoon. We are 2½ hours from St.
Etienne. It is possible to fly to Clermont-Ferrand (Aulnat airport) from various
European airports and both Paris airports, but not direct from the UK. Full directions will be
given upon booking.
