La Vannetiere self catering gite
Property Description
La Vannetiere is a one-bedroom stone
built cottage, with its own gardens and off road parking. The rural countryside
of Swiss Normandy is a wonderful area for walking, cycling, and horse riding
there is canoeing and rock climbing or even paragliding and bungy jumping all
within easy reach of the cottage.
Accommodation details
There is a large kitchen dining area
with an open fireplace, the kitchen is fully equipped with: cooker, dishwasher,
microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The living room has a double sofa and
armchair, French TV, video, radio and CD player. The bedroom has a double bed,
bedside tables, shelf space and a hanging area for clothes. The shower room is
large with shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine.
Local area
Outside there are two gardens, the top
cottage style garden has fruit trees, which you are welcome to pick, the lower
garden is Japanese style with ponds and a patio area. The gardens are private
and enclosed, safe for pets if you wish to bring yours on holiday with you.

Prices per week from €280 – €380
Changeover is usually on a Saturday check in
time 16.00 check out 10.00 if you would like another check in day please
contact me. Bed linen and towels are not supplied
but can be rented at 10€ per week
Travel times & Directions
The cottage is approximately 30minutes
drive south of Caen and 45 minutes drive from the port of Ouistreham, from the
port of Le Havre it is about 2 hours drive. A map of how to get to the cottage will
be sent to you by e-mail on booking.
