Located on the eighth and top floor of a handsome Art Deco
building with an elevator, this sophisticated one-bedroom, one-bath luxury
apartment provides upscale accommodations and amenities unmatched by most
private rental residences in Paris. Couples enjoy the privacy and comforts of
home while exploring the celebrated sights, sounds and tastes of "The City of
Light" - most of which are only a 10-minute walk or metro ride away. When
visiting Paris it’s important to be in an area that offers easy access to the
splendid bakeries, cheese and wine shops, boutique chocolate stores and a fresh
produce and flower markets. At Le Petit Rêve (LPR), these are just outside the
penthouse building’s door ! LPR is located in the 15th arrondissement, a lively,
safe and typically Parisian neighborhood not overrun with tourists. (Perhaps
that’s why Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie chose to spend their 2006 holiday
in Paris here.)

Le Petit Rêve (LPR), with its stunning
views of the Eiffel Tower, Parisian rooftops and city skyline, is designed to
make guests feel as though they’re living among the clouds. Pearl-colored walls
change hue with the light, complementing the palette of white, gray, silver,
violet and black contemporary and antique furnishings. Floors of wood, slate and
marble ground an interesting mix of decorative items of glass, mirror and metal
adorn that space. The main living area has a comfortable sleeper sofa and
armchair set among a luminous collection of Morano-like glass and contemporary
art. A 42" flat-panel HDTV has access to 100+ channels, including CNN
International, Sky News International and BBC World. Guests also can listen to
dozens of CDs on a Bose/ IPod stereo system while dining at a modern glass table
with seating for four. Stunning view of the Eiffel Tower are visible from all
windows. For those who must work while way, Le Petit Rêve (LPR) has a fully
outfitted office with a laptop computer running Microsoft Office, wireless
phone, a printer/ copier/ fax/ scanner, and office supplies. There’s unlimited
high-speed Internet access, and telephone calls within France - and to 15
foreign lands, including the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, and
most countries in the European Union - are free. Lined with floor-to-ceiling
bookcases, the office also serves as a library and study. Guests can relax with
one of many books, including a selection of city guides, while enjoying and a
spirit or liquor selection from the ’refreshment cabinet’ housed in the unit.
The galley kitchen is efficiently designed with a four-burner electric stove,
oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. A toaster, food
processor/ blender/ juicer, as well as kitchen utensils, cutlery and tabletop
accessories, are stored below the counters, leaving plenty of workspace. There’s
also a coffee and tea bar with a wide selection of brews. The cozy bedroom
features a high-quality, full-size mattress that molds to the body. It is topped
with a plush down blanket and array of pillows that provide much warmth and
comfort. A built-in storage unit, creatively covered with a photographic montage
of clouds, provides ample space for guests belongings. There’s also a walk-in
closet for luggage, as well as shopping spree purchases. The marble bathroom
suite features a walk-in shower big enough to accommodate two people with a
state-of-the-art hydromassage unit guarantees a relaxing bathing experience. In
addition, there’s a separate room with a bathtub, sink/vanity and toilet. Guests
enjoy plush towels, luxurious terry cloth robes and a fine selection of bath
foams and oils for that ’spa’ feeling
Local area
Within a five−minute walk of guests can
visit: Rue du Commerce. Meat, fish, cheese, vegetable stores, pastry
shops and bakeries, along with places selling clothing, electronics, gifts,
household items, lingerie, makeup, and toiletries, are among the many
establishments that draw people to this lively commercial street area.
Monoprix department store and supermarket. One of France’s best chain
stores, Monoprix, boasts a wide selection of fresh foods, especially fish and
meat. Boulevard Grenelle’s fresh food market comes alive on Wednesday and
Sunday mornings with the sights, sounds and smells of seasonal French fare, as
well as clothing and household goods. Specialty food stores. La Maison de
L’escargot, the house of snails, is just one of the stores where guests can
get some unusual foods. Others include Chinese and Japanese markets and a
bio-coop. Ethnic restaurants & health foods featuring Chinese, Corsican,
French, Italian, Indian, Japanese, Lebanese, Moroccan, Russian, Spanish and

rental price starts from 195 Euros a night. Le Petit
Rêve is available for rent by the day, week or month. Minimum stay: 3 days and
maximum Occupancy: 3 people at one time. Minimum Stay: 3 days. Please contact
the owner for availability and rates. There is no set changeover day at le Petit Rêve.
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.
